Erhard Schnepf was an early follower of Martin Luther. He and Johannes Brenz were leaders of the Reformation in Württemberg, and their children Dietrich and Barbara, married. All appear to be ancestors of our Martin Köhl of Eichstetten, who moved to Iowa in 1856.
