This is Elliott's second wife Elen Howell. She was the widow of another Elliott Enlow. Elliott's first wife was Ellen Ann Overman Mitchell.
This is from a obit when she died. In 1854 she [Ellen Howell] was married to Elliott Enlow, who later died. In 1894 she was again married to Elliott Enlow, who survives. He was a second cousin of her first husband.
Mrs. Enlow, whose maiden name was Ellen Howell, was born and reared in East Finley Township, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John [William] Howell. She has been a resident of Claysville for the past ten years. She became a member of Stony Point M. E. church in early life, but transferred her membership to the local Methodist church on her removal here.

Elliott died at the home of his son, H. E. Enlow at 3:30 am of pneumonia Nov. 18,1919 in Crafton, Pa. He was the eldest of 5 brothers and 3 sisters. There is reference to a Mrs Nort Montgomery as being a daughter of Elliot and wife number 1. Benson [my grandfather], Charles, and Harry are the children of Elliott and his first wife [Ellen Howell]. He married his second wife on Jan 5, 1893. There is also a daughter (Alice B. Mitchell) who was born Dec 2, 1861 mentioned. This girl was born in Marysville, Clark County, Indiana and died Nov 1, 1862. She must have been a child from his first wife's previous marriage.
Joined as a Private in Company D of 77th Indiana Volunteers August 7, 1862 to serve three years. He was discharged (Murfreesboro, Tenn) March 25th 1863 due to a disability. He was 25 years old 5 feet 10 inches tall, light complexion, blue eyes, light hair and occupation Farmer. (this is from discharge certificate)
