Married Margaret Gribble who was the sister of David Hess Enzor's wife, Mary Gribble. Brother-in-law, Rev. William Fredrick Missildine performed the wedding ceremony.

Stephen K. Enzor had red hair, blue eyes, and was tall.

Margaret died September 5, 1853 at the age of 38 years, 5 months, and 8 days. She is buried in Bethel Cemetary in Ohio.


August the 24, 1858

Dear Brother and Sister I am xxx to write once more my children has the Scarlet rash. Harrison I am very anxious about now my health is not good. David our mother took sick on the tenth of August with the Billiores fever. So the doctor called it and died on Saturday evening the 14. Shed died in the triumph of a living faith. She left ties like a baby has sing in to a sweet slumber without a struggle. She made no request nor said anything through her sickness that I heard. Father is not sxxx. His health has been better than mother's ever sense I have been here. Mother's funeral service has not been preached yet. It weill be Ephraim and his boy has lived at father's house his wife and him parted. Father and Ephraim and boy is together. What fire will be made, I don't know. It is very sickly here. I did think that father or Ephraim would write. I learned they have not and now David it is my wish for you to come out not wait for father will make your connection is not friendly towards each other here. Mother is gone and I want you to come There are many little matters I want you to know. Ephraim I think was good to mother. Benjamin Herkey the deciple preaches ....amounting to about ten mile from us now there is a good many sick and dying in this neighborhood. I had sixty bushels of wheat. I have five acres of corn and potatoes. I have old fan ...I have seven head of sheep, eight head of cattle and some hogs. I have no wagon. I have a colt of...Come and see your connections and when you come, if I am living, you will se me.
