A simple curiousity has become a true addiction. My small local family has grown into a far reaching network of Cousins.

George EPPERLY circa 1775 married Barbara SCHRADER circa 1775 . They were parents of Sarah b. 1795, Jacob b. 1797, Andrew b. 1800 in N.C., Solomen b.1802 in N.C., Joseph b. 1805 in N.C., Hiram b.1807 in KY, David D. b. 1810 in KY, Willaim S.b.1812 KY, Thomas Shelton b. 1815 in KY, and Matthew Simeon b.1819 in KY. By 1828 the Epperly family was moving to Chariton County, Missouri. Then on into Randolph and Macon counties.
My 3 times Great Grandfather, Joseph, married Melvina WITT in Macon County, 1845. They had four children. My 2 times Great Grandfather, David Newton was born in Randolph county 1850. He married Martha Ann BRAMMER, daughter of James Brammer. Their son, John Albert, my grandfather, married Margaret CONKLIN, daughter of Daniel Conklin. John and Margaret had ten children. My father, Merl Leroy, married Opal W. GRIFFIN in 1936. Other family names are: BURNETT , HURT, AUSTIN, BENNETT, WHIRLEN, DAVOLT, WARNER, FORBIS, HAIR, MINICH, WATSON, YUNT, YOUNT, AND PARKS Any information you have about any name mentioned will be greatly appreciated. I will gladly share what I have collected.
