We found ALEXANDER HOUSTON LOGAN. His parents are DAVID LOGAN and NANCY HOUSTON. Alexander was the oldest of 9 children, of which only 2 survived. Alexander married SARAH ELMINA BECKWITH who was born in Crawford County in Illinois. They had 9 children. The last one--HARRIET ALEXANDRA born in Rolla, Missouri--is my grandmother.

SARAH ELMINA BECKWITH was born in 1834 to BENJAMIN BECKWITH and SARAH ELMINA GRISWOLD. I am looking for the parents of S.E. GRISWOLD.

We have found Nancy's parents, but are still looking for the parents of DAVID LOGAN (born in Kentucky in 1803).

ERICKSONs CAME FROM SWEDEN! We do know that? The earliest we can find is Bengt Erickson (b. 1746) who married Kjerstena Knutsdotter. Their 8 children (Bengtsdotter or Bengtsson) are Anna, Pehr, Anders, Elna, Sven, Gertrude, Marna, Erik. We are in Erik Erickson line? Are you related?
