For the Thornton side of the family, I have located most members in my direct line in Arkansas and am ready to search in TN. I have an E. V. Thornton (B? died before 1870) from NC who married Elizabeth Jane Kirk (7 Oct 1830 TN - 18 Nov 1904 AR).Marrying into this line is a Henry Green Curtis (19 Aug 1855 TN - 26 March 1916 AR) and Sarah Jane Morrison (1869 AR - Nov 1899 AR). Sarah's parents were James Morrison (abt 1814 NC - after 1880 AR) and his wife Marilda (abt 1836 TN - ater 1880 AR). Could Henry Green Curtis have come from Giles Co, TN?I would like to find descendants of Agustus Hanibal Thornton and John Milton Thornton, both who married and lived their adult lives in Prairie Co, AR. I am descended from William Christopher Wright Thornton, their youngest brother. For the Baker side of the family, we have linked into Mills, Milsaps, Gooding, Johnson in KY and know that part of the link goes into TN. I have some information that takes most of these lines back to VA in the 1700's.For the Erickson side of the family, I have information going back to Sweden and am currently not tackling more names. Thanks for any help you may send my way. I will gladly share what information I have if it will help you. We may be cousins!
