| While the maternal side of my family tree has some long branches, finding information on my father's family has been difficult so far. I know that my paternal grandmother was born in 1904 in Nez Perce county, Idaho. Her name was Thelma I Jacobs. She married George Ellis French in The Dalles, OR, and lived most of her later life in Arizona. George and Thelma had two sons, Dick and Ed (my father). George was born to Richard Washington French in The Dalles in 1904. Beyond that the information is not known to any of my living relatives with whom I am in contact. Any assistance would be appreciated. |
