The surname "Erlandsen" originate from the father of Jens Albert Erlandsen, Isak Erlandsson, who was an emigrant from the Kristianstad-area in the southern part of Sweden. The middlename "Elgaard" originate from the mother of Jens Albert Erlandsen, Helene Jensen and her father, Jens Elgaard Simonsen. This family originate from Jutland in Denmark. Finally the surname "Suse" probably originate from the family of a german emigrant.
