I am researching the ESHLEMAN family from Lancaster County, PA. Information to date indicates that one Benedict ESHLEMAN immigrated from Bern, Switzerland in 1732. He settled in Conestoga Township and married Anna Steman. The name Martin of Martic continues to appear without much solid information as to who he was. We are also doing research on the RADCLIFFE family. They are originally from the Halifax/Leeds areas of England. Recently returned from research trip in Halifax, Leeds, and Hexham areas in England with lots of Radcliffe Information. Actually, found living relative. BUT the search continues. |
