I found this marriage license on the back of a piece of paper that someone at the archives in Dandridge TN had written some things down for me on. I never even looked to see what was on the other side. When I finally did look, there was the marriage certificate for Tennessee Virginia Rice and Thomas Octovas Breeden, son of John Breeden and Martha Jane King. How lucky can you get??!!!!
