Barrie Evason's Family Tree

Our name seems to have originated in the Welsh/English marches.On the Evason direct line I have only got back to my great grandfather Charles Evason, born 1843 plus or minus 1.I cannot at present find a birth certificate for him although I know a great deal about him after 1851.He was in the Oswestry Workhouse aged 8 with his mother Jane EVESON 41, described as a widow and her 9months old son Jonathan.Jane died two years later.

I next pick up Charles in 1861 and Jonathan in 1871.Charles married Jane Lee in 1873.I have information about the Lee family back to the very early years of the 1700's. I am also researching the Wagstaff and Bradshaw families.
