| I AM RESEARCHING KALINSKI/EVANS/ROMANO/AND MILES FAMILIES. ALL OF WHOM CAME TO THE U.S. IN THE EARLY 1900'S SETTLING IN OMAHA, DETROIT AND CHICAGO AREAS. I KNOW VERY LITTLE ABOUT THE KALINSKI FAMILY AND WOULD APPRECIATE ANY INFORMATION YOU MAY HAVE. THEY ORIGINATED IN THE RUSIAN PART OF POLAND AROUND KRAKOW. THE EVANS BRANCH ORIGINATED IN WALES AND ENGLAND AND THEN WENT TO CANADA BEFORE COMING TO OMAHA. THE ROMANO BRANCH ORIGINATED IN BOIANO, ITALY. THE MILES FAMILY ORIGINATED IN LONDON, ENGLAND. |
