Photo circa 1910, Forrest (1887-1961) was a Wisconsin photographer, taxidermist, alderman, and curator. Lenore Poe (Grow) (1905 - Dec 9, 2000) was his only child. She married but never had children, but did much to advance the Poe genealogy. On Aug 17, 2000 -- one day after she turned 95, Lawrence Webb showed her this picture and she remembered it with smiles, "I remember" laughter, and warmth. I am glad Lawrence had previously sent me the photo and that I had already put it on the Internet.
