The Hicks/Adams/Cox Family Home Page

Hi. I am researching the family names of Hicks, Cox, and Adams. The Hicks are of Cherokee decent. They were located in OK at one point after coming from the east. Some moved on to Oregan. The only information I have is my Father, William Roy Hicks who was born in Cardin, OK and died in OR. His Father was William Edward Hicks and his Mother was Adeline Alee (maiden name) Name on Roy death cert. was Oruint or something like that. Can't read it very clearly. Roy had 2 brothers I think.
The Cox and Adams side are from the mid-west around the KS area. G-grandparents were Warren L. Cox and Mary Leota Raney. Both buried in Hoxie, KS. They had 10 kids. All are gone now.
John Adams is also buried in Hoxie. He was married to Lila Cox and they had one daughter, Betty.
