Gary Ewing Family Tree

Hello, my name is Gary Ewing. Through my research, and that of many other Ewing family members from across America, considerable information has been gathered on the James Ewing family tree. James Ewing was born in Ireland in the mid 1600s and likely moved to America in the late 1600s. As a result of all of this research, a James Ewing family tree has been constructed and now contains over 1500 names which represents 9 generations of this family in America.

The descendents of James Ewing quickly spread from New Jersey to many other states, including Virginia, Pennsylvannia (a large number moved to or were born in this state), Ohio, Tennessee, Missouri, and Georgia. Of course, as the family grew, spread out, and married into other families, members of the Ewing family moved to other states as well.

Many of the members of the Ewing clan in America are descendents of 33 known immigrant Ewings who came to America prior to 1776. While conducting research on my family surname, I came across an excellent web site which ultimately lead me to a person who was able to provide me inforamtion which conected my family to the James Ewing family.
