| This was taken from the notes of Octavia Webb Gardner and Thelma Webb. Over 300 years ago, in the 1600's (about 1629), The Webb's came to America from Scotland settling first in Pennsylvania. Three brothers came to Virginia; James, Jacob and Henry. They settled on Blackwater River, which is now known as Franklin County, VA. |
