| Harrower Family Tree- United States Hello and welcome.Most of the information that had been collected for this family tree was done by my sister Sarah, our historian. My mother Dolores filled in a lot of the pieces for her side( the Polish portion of the family ). As far as I know, the Harrower side is German, English Scotch and Irish with a touch of French. My fathers family were knitters. In up-state New York is a village called Hagaman. In that village stood the Harrower Mills ( buildings ). The mills closed years ago but the original mill was turned into a small mall for a period of time.It has since been demolished. Also in Amsterdam, New York, stands the Harrower mansion. As I search on the internet, I see that Harrowers aren't as uncommon as I originally thought. There are Harrowers in th UK and Australia with Scotish heritage. I think it would be very interesting if we were all related. So, here we go, I'm in search of family! |
