| I have been researching my family history for some time now. As with many similar pastimes, it is an on and off affair. I started with my immediate family, but it has grown substantially by adding people who are connected by marriage. Some branches of the family go as far back as the 18th century. It now grown in numbers to 475 persons. Originally I had started with the families of my father and mother, but then I fanned out to include other families connected with mine. The number of persons included in the family tree has increased after my second marriage. My first wife's family is from Ghaxaq/Zejtun whilst my present wife is from Malta's sister island, Gozo. There is therefore a mix of Maltese and Gozitan families. There are still a number of details about various persons which still need to be filled. Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have. |
