Find Family

* PENNY'S PLACE*

Updated July 23, 2009

I am researching the origin of my family. Since I am a FARLEY, my main line is the FARLEY FAMILY. Related lines of descent include: CLEM, MADDEN, LYTTLE, LANKFORD, BAYS, SNEAD, CLAY, THOMPSON, TURNER, CHADWELL, POSEY, BARKER.

I recently had the pleasure of "meeting" some new cousins from my Lyttle Family line thru the internet. Needless to say, it has been a delight to share and receive new info from my new cousins. Hopefully, someday, I will get to meet some of them in person.

On my mother's side, my lines include: RADOVICH, COLLINS, JONES, HERRELL, and FERRY.

I am really interested in any info on my gg grandmother, Debra Madden Banks Farley (born about 1816 in TN, possibly a Cherokee Indian), wife of Thomas (born about 1817, KY and married about 1835-6). They lived and raised their family in Harlan, KY in the mid 1800's. They are the parents of my great grandfather, John King Farley (born about 1839). I would appreciate hearing from anyone who can shed some light on this family.

I would really enjoy sharing and learning more about my family.
