| This family page is an extensive history of my paternal grandmother's family. The names SCHROEDER, REIMER and MARTENS are the most common names that appear. The family came from the Crimean region of Russia.I am still searching for my paternal grandfather's roots. Although the name FAST is fairly prevalent in these pages, I have not found the information I need. He also came from Crimea. The names DUMSDAY and HILL, my maternal grandparents, also appear. Their roots in Canada are in Manitoba. |
