I am researching William FOLKS, born about 1790 in North Carolina, and his descendents. I don't have his parents names, but two brothers were Sherwood and Dred. There were other siblings. William married Mary McCLUSKY, probably born in Tennessee. Information on the McClusky family would also be appreciated.
The 1850 Census shows he and his family living in Stewart County, Tennessee.
