The Fearnley family from Norfolk UK. Now New Zealand

We are new to family history research and because we are so far from our roots would like to find out more information about those who have gone before.

My name is Kenneth Laccohee Fearnley, which in itself raises a question, what is the meaning behind the Laccohee middle name? I have no idea.

I was born in Norwich UK March 1940 and came to New Zealand in 1957. I have a sister Ann.

My Father was born in Norwich on the 10th November 1911 his name was Frederick John Laccohee Fearnley (Laccohee again)

My mother was Rose Lily Beatrice Fearnley ne' Whitlam also born in Norwich in I think 12 Feb 1906

I have a son Brian Laccohee Fearnley and a daughter Deborah McDermott both born and living in New Zealand.

My wife is Maureen Josephine Fearnley (Jo) ne' Ginn

My Grandchildren are;
James Laccohee Fearnley
Andrew John Fearnley
Amy McDermott
Benjamin McDermott
Elice McDermott.

We would realy like to know why we are continueing with the tradition of naming our children Laccohee. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated as all of the members of our family who would have known are no longer living.
