William Feheley (spelling varies)lived in Ballymacoda, Ireland (County Cork), married to Elizabeth and had two sons William and John. In 1851, son John and his wife Ellen died, leaving children Maurice (14) and Mary (13). Son William (born 1815) with wife Mary Fahey came to USA abord the Ship Onward and arrived in New York on Dec.11,1851 with (John's children) Maurice and Mary, and their own children Elizabeth (2 yr.old) and Peggy (3 months old). (Elizabeth and Peggy died young) They lived in Scranton, PA and later Friendsville, PA (near Binghamton, N Y)

In 1857, David Henry Feheley was born to William and Mary, in 1881 he married Delia Kenedy in Binghamton, NY and had eight children. David was my greatgrandfather. I have the names of all of his decendants.

Maurice Fehley (sp) married Kathlene Leary and had nine children. His sister Mary married Michael Cashman in 1856 and had eight children. I only have the childrens' names and hope to obtain more information on these families.

Any questions or information of these Feheley (Feehley, Fehily, Fehley etc.) families would be greatly appreciated.

My name is Ed Feheley, 1724 Woodcliff Court, Atlanta, GA 30329. Telephone (404) 320-7640.

We have no information regarding William Fehily (sp) in Ballymacoda, County Cork (early 1880's) father of William (b. 1815) and John.
