Following the NZ Qualtrough Reunion in October 1979, Violet Corlett, who had come to New Zealand from the Isle of Man for the Reunion, stayed on for several more weeks and on a couple of occasions, small gatherings were held. This was a get-together of a few of William & Catherine's descendants in Matamata, NZ in November 1979.

Bill, Mary & Dick are siblings and children of Mary Lovie Qualtrough (William & Catherine's 5th daughter) who married Bruno Schwarz. Sue Schwarz is daughter of Jock Schwarz who is the late brother of Bill, Mary & Dick. Ida Feisst is daughter Of Maggie Qualtrough, 3rd daughter of William & Catherine, who married Henry Feisst.
