Just doing some family research as time allows. The Femrite side of the family is from Norway, and came to the USA in the mid 1800s and settled in Pope (Ben Wade Twshp) and Douglas county. Glenwood and Alexandria MN area. The Bartos side came over (from Bohemia, Czechoslavakia) about the same time and settled in Reno Township in Pope county near Glenwood, MN I retired and moved to Bella Vista, AR in 2005. My Wife is still working as she is 4 years younger than I. |
