Fenningworth Family and their Ancestors

When I began researching the Fenningworth (Pfennigwerth) family and their ancestors I had a lot of information to work with from different sources and now I have over 1200 people in the family tree.
Fenningworth originally started out as Pfennigwerth and was anglisised in the early part of the 1900's before World War 1 when they came to live in England /Scotland.
Some of the surnames are:

Beal, Bearcroft, Bell, Blakey, Brown, Butler, Caldwell, Campbell, Chapman, Cooke, Cruickshank, Cubby, Davison, de Basagoiti, de Wilde, Dickinson, Dodd, Dodson, Fenningworth, Gillies, Gibson, Gray, Hamilton, Harding, Hillman, Hobday, Howat, Howgego, Howieson, Hunter, Johnson, Kilpatrick, Kirkpatrick, Lawson, Lomas, Lovat, Kerr, Mahon, Mailer, Mackie, MacMillan, May, McGill, McKenzie, McPherson, Monkhouse, Neville, Ody, Oliver, Peacock, Pfennigwerth, Pelly, Percy, Roberts, Robertson, Saunders, Sloan, Spencer, Stevenson, Stocks, Stott, Tannock, Taylor, Thirwell, Thompson, Thwaites, Wallace, West, White.

and now I have started to add some of the subsidiary branches and families of those who have married into the family, thus expanding the family even further.
My problem is that on the Fenningworth side it comes to an abrupt halt in Sri Lanka since the records pre 1900 havd been destroyed.
There is also a tenious connection to John of Gaunt and hence back to William the Conqueror, but this has yet to be proved.

I have in my searches founda lot of Pfenningwerths which at present are all unrelated there are some in the USA, Germany and Australia, so if any one can help I would be grateful
