| WANTED: Ohio genealogists researching Shelton Family. I am searching for the parents of Daniel And Mariah Phillips Shelton. He was born in Ohio and she was born in New York. I believe that they were married in Ohio and that is where their Children: Nelson, George, John and Julia were born. This I cannot prove as yet but would like to receive documentation proving these theories. They were in Genesee County, Michigan in 1853 when Daniel and Julia died. The fact that they died seven days apart is a bit of a puzzle, I'd like to know what happened. The other names appearing in this family tree are Bigelow, Shaw, Lawrence and Roberts. |
