This photograph shows the Wethersfield, Connecticut, house of Joseph and Amelia Hurlburt as it was decorated for their 50th wedding anniversary celebration. A special floral display was created for the event, showing the year of their marriage (1844) and the year of their 50th anniversary (1894).
