| Looking fo info on THOMPSON,QUINN, out of Ky > Tn Patrick QUINN Was from Ireland. We first find family in Frankfort Ky about the mid 1880s. From there he worked at the Iron furnances in Stewart Co,Tn. Possibly the LaGrange or the Clarks Furnance. May have lived in Dover as ggm had a sister born there. Have a picture of Patrick and Norah QUINN gravestone in Leatherwood Asbury Cemetery, also Austin QUINN one of the sons. Michael,married a Bettie Stall, Coleman married Casa Sanders, Austin married Eva Mae Coy. The Thompsons... Oliver P. was the father of my ggf; but the difficulty starts with G.W. or B.G or G.B. We know him as George, he used so many verisons it causes a big ?. Oliver P. has been married serveral times. Wifes names were Eleanor ? and Mahala Shadwick or Chadwick. Other family names Fenton, Workman, Jennings, Marquis, Walter,Stogsdill If you have infomation to share I would reciprocate. |
