The name Anne Allen comes from the Virginia Historical Society Library. The same source has a second marriage of Francis and a child born to the marriage in 1693.

  Notes for JOHN ELMORE:
John Elmore sold 100 acres of land wheron he lived which was left him by his father, Francis Elmore in his will proved in court March 2, 1697 in Richmond County, Virginia. The land was "on the branches of Totusley Creek." (cannot be sure of spelling) It was adjcant to Travers Tarpley and Capt. John Smith. Deed Book 10 page 131.
A note in the file says he was a neighbor to Capt. John Smith.

4. PETER JR.2 ELMORE (PETER1) was born ABT 1668, and died April 2, 1718 in Virginia. He married REBECCA AUSTIN. She was born ABT 1673.

ETER JR. ELMORE:
A note found in the Elmore file in the Virginia Historical Society Library, says Peter Elmore Jr. died without making a will. The declaration was made in court (Will BOOK 8 Page 143 date October 7, 1719) by Ann Ayres formely Ann Elmore. It is witnessed by Robert Ayers, John Hightower, and Tom Hawks. The finding was in favor of Ann Ayres. This Ann was most likely the widow of John Elmore the son of Peter Jr. Elmore.
