"OUR FAMILY"

I started researching our family several years ago, and just recently got back to it. These lines includes surnames of Freeman, Everett, Covington, Cope, Willoughby, Grant, McDougald and Quicks. From the Freeman line our ancestors go back to William Elder Brewster of the Mayflower. Descendants from the Brewster family arrived in Richmond County, North Carolina and were among the first settlers in that area. Though many have now left that area, some still remain, and our roots will always be in Richmond County. There's work in progress for the Willoughby, Grant, McDougald and Quick line. Any information on any of these lines would be greatly appreciated.
