* The Lorene Finn Family Home Page*

Updated January 5, 2006

I am researching the Finn family from Co Cork Ireland. Michael Patrick Finn immigrated to the United States in 1847, he first appeared in Manchester New Hampshire. Michael married Mary Donovan in 1852, he enlisted in the Civil War in 1862 and was mustered out in 1865. He and his family relocated to Lynn Massachusetts. I am also researching the Turner family from Oxford England and later to Mahone Bay Nova Scotia Canada. William Turner immigrated to Canada in 1811, he was a schoolmaster throughout most of his life in Canada. He maried Barbara Saltzman daughter of Frederick and Joanna. They had 12 children.
Any information would be appreciated. I am also willing to share the information that I have.
