Notes for MAGGIE E. FISHER: She lived on N. Augusta St. in Staunton where she owned two single houses #216 and #220 as well as one double house, # 224 and #226. She gave the single houses and contents to a John H. Patterson and his wife, Mae. She gave the double house and lot a Helen Hisey for her lifetime. Upon Hisey's death, the house was willed to Carl Fisher and his wife, Mary and their survivors for as long as they lived and occupied the property.Upon their deaths, the property would go to John and Mae Patterson and their survivors. The Kyles owned a cemetery lot and vault on "C" Street in the Thornrose Cemetery where Mervin was buried. Maggie wanted a bronze Casket, similar to her husband's and to be placed in the vault with him. Her estate was estimated to be $43,000 ($14,000 in realty) She nominated the National Bank of Staunton to be the executor of her estate. |
