| Bruce Fitzsimons is researching his family from the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia, which includes the Summers, Simmers, Spitzer, Fitzsimons, Shifflett and Monger. From North Carolina, the Holts and the Scotts. The first Fitzsimons we know about came from New York City, John Frank Fitzsimons, whose parents were James and Mary. John Frank was born 6/27/1839 in New York City. The earliest Scott is John Arnold Scott, born 8/30/1847 in Greensboro, North Carolina. His father was Colin Scott. We have information on the Holts of North Carolina as far back as the 1500s in Germany and would be glad to share. The ancestor coming to America was Michael Holt born December 30, 1696 in Germany. Diana Fitzsimons is researching her family which include Sanford, Craig, Walton, Stevens, Fobes, Deriar, Johnson, Ferguson and Rea. We have lots of information on the Stevens, Sanfords and Rea's and would be happy to share. Looking for information on Jesse Samuel Craig, born 11/1/1865 in Jefferson County, PA, father was Samuel Craig, mother Maroa. Looking for Hardy Walton's father. Hardy was born 1772 in New York. His father was from England and his mother from Turkey. Looking for information on Lucina Tiffany, born 11/11/1855 in Mercer County, Pa. |
