| My research on the Gumms began in a effort to find out about my Native American roots. The descendents of Mack (Alexander) Gumm have an annual family reunion during the month of July in Hamilton, Ohio. The Gumms of Owsley County, Ky. can be found in the census records from 1790 to the present time. Many members of the family who have died in this century are buried in the family cemetery in Vincent, Ky and in surrounding cemeteries. |
