John Fletcher family of TN

I am reasearching the Fletcher family mostly from Tennessee. John W. Fletcher lived in Rutherford Co., TN in 1850 and moved to Haywood Co., TN before 1860. The family then moved to Tipton Co., TN around 1900. and to Shelby Co., TN after that. The family has links to Virginia before 1850 but I haven't been able to identify the parents.
