| The surnames I'm researching in my family are: Fleetwood - from Liverpool and Lancashire Westray - from Harrington in Cumbria Doig - originally from Scotland but many in Lancashire and emigrated to USA, Canada, Australia and in my wife Jackie's family: Barnsley, Hollies, Washington, Golding, Onslow, Fletcher - all lived in Netherton, Dudley for several generations. Anyone know of Esther Hollies who married and emigrated to Canada (Winnipeg?) around 1920? Any information welcome; I will gladly share information. |
