MY FATHER'S SIDE............. GREEN family from Germany. My Great Grandfather PETER GREEN born to HENRY GREEN & MARIA WAGNER. He was born in Darmstadt, Germany in 1867. Peter married MARY ANNA GUTH in Pa 1889 and Moved to Iowa 1902, lived in Calhoun Co. Her father was FRANK GUTH from Baden, Germany. Peter & Mary's son CHARLES GREEN married ELVA MAE BOYNTON, daughter of CLARENCE BOYNTON & ANNA ELIZABETH GRAVES. MY MOTHER'S SIDE.............. HENRY STANG (1842) born in Prussia. Married Katherine SCHLIESMAN (1859). He settled in Kankakee IL. His daughter SOPHIA STANG (1894)was my Grandma that married ROBERT IVORY (1882). They ended up in Webster Co., IA. Robert's parents were PATRICK IVORY from Ireland & ELLEN PHELAN from Kilkenny, Ireland. Patrick's parents were WILLIAM IVORY & MARGARET REED. Ellen's parents were PATRICK PHELAN & CATHERINE DELANEY. BY MARRIAGE...... (FATHER'S SIDE)....FLETCHER's who originated in Isleham, Cambridgeshire, England. They ended up in Wright County, Iowa. JOHN FLETCHER who was born 1805, in England and married MARY DARKIN 1826, in England. She was born in 1809, England. MAX FLETCHER (1921) married (MOTHER'S SIDE)....PATRICIA GRAVES (1925), her parents were EDWARD FRANCIS GRAVES born 1887 in Isle of Man, England & PEARL GRIFFITH born 1889 in Eagle Grove, Iowa. These are my children's Grandparents. If you know any info on any of these families, please let me know. I would really appreciate you contacting me. Patrick & Ellen Ivory (343 KB) My Great Grandparents from Ireland Grandma Boynton (4 KB) Picture just says Grandma Boynton on back, don't know for sure where she belongs in the tree yet. Elva Mae Boynton (21 KB) Looks like Elva was about 10-12 years old. Picture wasn't dated. Charlie Green (24 KB) Grandpa Green Dick Green & Marcella Ivory (9 KB) Taken on their wedding day, June 26, 1952. Dick, Melvin, Billie, Norma, Blair, Cecil, Russell (15 KB) The Green's in 1972 when Grandpa Charlie died.
