The Fobert/Crabb/McKee Families Home Page

I'm researching the Faubert family from Ontario and Quebec, and the McKee family from Quebec. I'm also interested in the Crabb family from Scotland. William Crabb, a blacksmith, born Sept 30, 1839, in Inverkeiller, Scotland, married Jean Grey (Gray). One of their daughters, my grandmother, Margaret Grey Crabb, was born March 18, 1883, In Auchmithie, District of St. Vigeans, Forfax County, Scotland. She later lived in Arbroath, and is believed to have worked in a tea shop.Edward McKee, a blacksmith, married Sarah McIlreavy, of Ireland.
They had a son Edward Alfred, born Nov, 1874, in Coaticook, Sherbrooke County, St Francis Judicial District, Quebec. He also was a blacksmith.
Jean-Baptiste Faubert married Genieve Desrocher on Nov. 8, 1753, at Oka.
