I'm originally from Gregory County, SD but was "transplanted" to Olmstead County, MN a few years ago. I'm just a beginner with The Family Tree Maker and therefore currently getting to know the software. Hopefully I'll be able to post more information here in the near future after I figure a few things out. I'm interested in obtaining information about the roots of the John Fode family (German - born 1858) and Joseph B. Papousek family (Bohemian - born 1882) of South Dakota. They are my grandfathers. I hear there is some interesting information on World Family Tree Volume 1 for me. That will be my first place of investigation.
