Greetings everyone !
I have been researching my ancestry for almost ten years. I have my mothers side ( Hoeffgen ) back to the 1700's and my fathers side ( Fogt aka: Vogt ) to the early 1800's. The Hoeffgens all came from the Westphalia area of Germany. My fathers side, although German by origin, have emigrated throughout Europe ( Germany, Poland, Russia, Latvia )and ended up in St. Louis in 1956.
