HOOD, BAKER, STEEL(E), FARMER, JENKINS, ADAMS, STRONG,

Feeling "orphaned" with the death of my Mother and Father, I began searching for some clues of my past and through this have recently "met" several cousins I didn't know existed. This has sparked the search for others....and the history of our past. Grandparents on all sides resided in Texas at one time or another...and the Farmer side has been traced back to Georgia or Alabama in 1812 (William M). I am also seeking information on the Baker and Steel(e) families from near and around Hill County, Texas. The Hood, Jenkins, Strong and Adams families lived in Copiah County, Mississippi and several served in the Civil War.
