| I am researching the Birtcher/Chapman/Folger history. Birtcher has been found with these possiable spellings: Butcher, Boucher, Bercher, Bircher, Birtscher, Burtscher and Birtcher. Birtcher's migrated from Sussex County Delaware to Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, California, Iowa, Georgia to name a few. The Chapman family began in Virginia and migrated to West Virginia, Ohio and Iowa. Many relatives still live in West Virginia. Folger family migrated from England to Massachussetts, New York, Wisconsin, South Dakota to name a few. Information reguarding the Folger families early history can be found Nantucket Island, Massachussetts. Jegeris/Loms/Voitans family migrated to the United States during WWII, from Latvia. Any and all information reguarding these surnames would be greatly appreciated!! Not much facts to go on, and would love to know where my maternal side has come from. Any information reguarding these familuar names and those found in the next few pages would be greatly appreciated. Any pictures etc. found on this site maybe copied and used as you please. If anyone would like to be placed on the related links, please e-mail me so that I may place you on the site. Nicolle |
