Abt 1832, Hanley, S-o-T,(daughter of Edward Whiting) occupation Warehousewoman, d. Aft 1871. William died Aft 1871. Living at 38 Dale St on 1871 census and birth of William in 1868. Said to have died when William was young. Moved to Worcester, married and had first child, Eliza there. Living in South St on marriage. Witnesses James Loveday Griffiths and Ann Jones. Ann: Living at 38 Dale St, Burslem on 1871 census and birth of William in 1868. Said to have died when William was young. In addition to the children listed in 1871, there may have been others. Barbara may have heard of Edward and Albert and Greta remembers a Fred. Edward and George might have emigrated to Canada. Greta has a photo of her. Married in Worcester while living in South St. Other Son's are John Allen Fone, Francis Allen Fone(my grandfather),and William Fone. I have quite a Family Tree constructed with the Help of Cousin Diana in England.
