Pinson ___ ____ Forty-five ($45.00) dollars for value received with interest from maturity at 8 percent per annum and to secure the payment of this note, we hereby mortgage to the said Mrs. A. J. Pinson the following described property, wiz: one hundred & thirty acres more or less of lot of land No. 151 in the 11th Dist & 2nd section of Gilmer County. And in case this note is put out for collection we agree to pay all costs of collection including ___ cost for Atty’s fees and we hereby severally waive and _____ for ourselves & families any and all homestead or exemptions rights we may have under the virtue of the constitution or laws of the State of Ga or of the United States, as against this note or any reversal thereof and we hereby certify that the property is unencumbered Witness our hands and seals W.
