N. M. Foster Deed To B. Corbin No. 6-11-2 Georgia, Gilmer County. This indenture made and entered into this the Twentieth day of September Eighteen hundred and Fifty one, between Newton M. Foster of the County and State aforesaid of the one part, and Barksdale Corbin of the County of Cherokee and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said N. M. Foster for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty Dollars to him in hand paid by the said B. Corbin at & before the sealing & delivery of these presents hath granted bargained and sold & hereby these presents grants, bargains sells & conveys unto the said B. Corbin his heirs & assigns. all that piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in the Eleventh district and Second Section of originally Cherokee now Gilmer County known and distinguished in the plan of survey by Lot Number Six. To have and to hold said bargained premises unto him the said B. Corbin and the N. M. Foster my heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right title of the aforesaid bargained premises unto the said B. Corbin his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple.
