W. H. Foster To Sarah C. Kincaid State of Georgia, Gilmer County. This indenture made this 28th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety right between W. H. Foster of the state of Georgia and County of Gilmer party of the first part and Sarah C. Kincaid of the state of Georgia and County of Gilmer party of the second part. Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged has granted, bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land being and lying in said state and county in the Eleventh (11) district and second (2) section known as lots Nr town lots, Nrs. Two (2) and eight (8) in Block “C” and No. one (1) in Block “S” by the Foster Survey in original land lot No. 972 according to the size and measurements as shown on the plat of said survey, reserving and with holding any warranty of the mineral interest in said lots except the warranty of R. Z. Roberts to said mineral as a former warrantor and provided that no spirituous liquor shall be sold on said lots. To have and to hold the said bargained premises with all and singular, the rights members and appurtenance thereof to the _____ _____ _____ _____ _____ ______ to the ____ _____ ____ and belonging to the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns forever in fee simple. As herein certified and the said party of the first part for himself his heirs _____ did ____ _____ ____ and forever defend the right and title of the above described property under the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns, against the claims of any persons whosoever.
