W. H. Foster To Mrs. S. C. Kincaid State of Georgia, Gilmer County. In consideration of seventy dollars to Mr. W. H. Foster paid by Mrs. Sallie C. Kincaid. I the said W. H. Foster have this day bargained and sold, and hereby transfer and convey unto Mrs. Sallie C. Kincaid and her heirs forever the following described parcel of land, to wit: part of original land lot No. 91 in the 11th District and 2nd section in said county known as Lots Nr. ____ lots Nos 2-3-4 and 5 in block G of the Foster survey said lots being each 106 x 125 feet with all the rights thereto except that no mineral interest is hereby conveyed except such as may be recovered from R. Z. Roberts a former warrantor and also the right to sell liquor or intoxicating drink on said lots is reserved and especially disallowed. To have and to hold said land unto said bargainee and her heirs forever. I the said W. H. Foster warrant that I am lawfully seized by said land, have a good right to convey it and that it is unencumbered. And I warrant the title to said land unto said bargainee and her heirs against any lawful claims by all persons. Hereon to my hand and seal this thirteenth day of February 1893. W. H. Foster J. A.
