W. H. Foster To Nancy C. Milton Georgia, Gilmer County. In consideration of fifty dollars to me, W. H. Foster, in hand paid by Nancy C. Milton, I, W.H. Foster have this day bargained and sold & hereby transfer & convey unto Nancy C. Milton & her heirs forever the following described parcel of land, to wit: a lot or town lot in the “Foster Survey” known as lot No. 4 in Block b dimensions one hundred by one hundred & ten feet as laid out & platted & being a part of the original land lot No. 97 in the 11th dist & 2nd sect. in said county containing one-fourth acre more or less. Expressly with holding any liability as to myself & my heirs as to the mineral interest in said described lot _____ & granting to the said Nancy C. Milton the mineral rights remedies & recourses. I may have against R. J. Roberts upon his warranty to me of the mineral interest in said described lot or town lot & provided that no spirituous liquors shall be sold on this lot. To have & to hold said land unto said bargainee & her heirs forever & I, W. H. Foster, covenant that I am lawfully seized of said land have a good right to convey it & that it is unencumbered save as to mineral. I warrant the title to said land unto said bargaineee and her heirs against the lawful claims of all persons. Witness my hand & seal this 12th day of August 1890.
