Warranty Deed STATE OF GEORGIA, Gilmer County, THIS INDENTURE, made the 28th day of November in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Eleven between W. H. Foster of the County of Gilmer and State of Ga party of the first part and Mrs. Maud Pinson of the County of Gilmer and State of Ga. Party of the second part. Witnesseth: That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars in hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge has granted, bargained, sold aliened, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do so grant, bargain, sell alien, convey, and confirm unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assigns, all of the Town Lot Number Seven (7) in Block “B” of the Foster survey on original lot No. 97 in the 11th Dist and 2nd Section in said county, said town lot being in the town of East Ellijay. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said bargained premises with all and singular the rights, members, and appurtenances thereto appertaining to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of her the said party of the second part her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, in fee simple. And the said party of the first part W. H. Foster, the said bargained premises unto the said party of the second part her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and against the said party of the first part his heirs, executors, administrators and against all and every other person or persons, shall and will warrant and forever defend, by virtue of these presents. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal, and delivered these presents, the day and year first above written.
